🪜 Step by step
- Open the game's Epic Games Store page. The claim links below (and on every FreeGG game page) go straight there.
- Sign in to your Epic account, or create one for free. You can do this in a web browser; you don't need the launcher to claim.
- Click Get. Check that the price shows $0.00 (some games also have paid editions, so pick the free one).
- Click Place Order. That's it: the game is added to your Epic library permanently.
- To play, install the Epic Games Launcher on your PC, sign in with the same account and download the game from your library whenever you like.
Epic swaps its free games every Thursday at 10:00 AM CT (11:00 AM ET, 8:00 AM PT). Claim before the end time; after that the game goes back to its normal price.
